# Refund Policy for Zettabyte Technologies

At Zettabyte Technologies, customer satisfaction is a priority. Our refund and return policy is designed to ensure transparency and align with Bangladeshi laws. Please carefully read the following terms before making a purchase, whether online or in-store.

In-Store Purchases
1. Customers are advised to thoroughly check the product in front of our sales representatives during purchase.  
2. Once the product is sold, returns or replacements will not be entertained unless the product qualifies for warranty services as per the product description.  

Online Purchases
1. Inspection Upon Delivery:  
  - Upon receiving the product, inspect it for any visible damages or discrepancies before opening the package.  
  - If the product or package appears damaged or incorrect, refrain from opening it and inform us immediately via our hotline.  

Reporting Issues:  
  - Manufacturing defects or other issues must be reported within **24 hours** of receiving the product.  
  - Ensure that the product remains unscratched and the original packaging is intact to qualify for a return or replacement.  

Defective Products:
  - If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer can visit any of our outlets for product evaluation and necessary action.  
  - Customers opting for a replacement through delivery service must pay a **replacement charge of Tk. 200** within Dhaka, while courier charges will apply outside Dhaka.  

Non-Returnable Products
1. Products purchased online or in-store that are fully functional and as described will not be eligible for a return or refund, even if they are later found to be incompatible with your setup.  
2. Software or software licenses cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.  

Refund Policy
1. Refunds are processed within **3 to 10 working days** for qualifying cases. Online purchases may require additional time.  
2. If the payment was made via **mobile financial services, online gateway, or POS**, the applicable refund processing fees will be deducted.  
3. Any cashback amount received during payment will also be deducted from the refund.  

Courier-Related Issues
1. If the product packaging is broken or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the package.  
2. If the customer accepts a damaged package, Zettabyte Technologies will not be liable for any subsequent complaints or claims.  

General Conditions
1. Returns or refunds are subject to proper reasoning and verification by our team.  
2. Products that are mishandled, scratched, or have missing accessories will not qualify for a return or refund.  
3. Refunds or replacements for courier-related complaints will not be entertained if the damaged product is accepted by the customer.
